DCNS is a true community school. It was a great choice for our son. When we relocated to Illinois from
the east coast several years ago, we enrolled him in the 3's class, after considering several options. He thrived under
the experienced and nurturing guidance of the school's wonderful teachers. We can't think of a better place for our
children to learn and grow in their formative years, and we look forward sending both of our daughters to this very special
school.

Deerfield Community Nursery School is truly a special
place. From the day we started we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, created by everyone we met. Mindi Schryer
(the director) takes such a personal interest in each child and is really up-to-date on early childhood education, incorporating
these principles into the classroom setting. The teachers are nurturing and encourage independent thinking and learning. DCNS'
music program (Music Together) and Lunch Bunch program are excellent and spark learning in so many creative ways - I loved
that my kids were involved with both. All the parents are truly committed to the school, and I enjoyed getting to know them
as our kids got to know each other. Any parent looking for a small, personalized experience for themselves and their child
should definitely consider DCNS

to school and have developed a positive attitude toward learning. The DCNS staff has a strong commitment to teaching and to

Deerfield Community Nursery School
was the perfect environment for my son. At the time, he had social interaction issues, and the team of teachers were
incredibly sensitive to his needs, always engaging him in fun activities. They always had time to answer all of my questions,
and even set up private meetings for me. I will never forget that. He is now a freshman in college on an acedemic scholarship,
and I credit Deerfield Community Nursery School for giving him a great start in his learning experience.

I loved DCNS. The teachers are so thoughtful and attuned to each child's unique
needs. The staff understands this important developmental stage and how to foster growth. My children gained more confidence
and learned many important life lessons that I know will help them to succeed. DCNS is also truly a community school. As a
parent, I quickly made lasting friendships. DCNS allows you to be as involved as you want to be. There are so many opportunities
to get involved from being a board member to just socializing with the parents on Mom's Night out.
